To ensure platform integrity and performance for all users, NeonCV enforces zero-tolerance controls against bot abuse, automated scraping, malicious AI manipulation, reselling, and excessive resource consumption. Violation of these terms results in immediate, unannounced account suspension and IP blacklisting.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NeonCV.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement, including our strict Fair Use Policy and cookie usage for security and authentication.
2. Description of Service
NeonCV.ai provides AI-driven resume generation, portfolio creation, and job application tracking tools. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time to safeguard infrastructure or maintain quality standards.
3. Strict Fair Use Policy (FUP) & Prohibited Conduct
NeonCV is built for individual professionals seeking career assistance. Any activity that undermines server stability, misuses automated tooling, or exploits AI models is strictly forbidden.
Using automated scripts, web crawlers, headless browsers, or botnets to access services, generate bulk resumes, or extract platform data without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Bypassing API rate limits, rapid repeated generation requests intended to strain system resources, or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attempts will trigger automated IP locks and account destruction.
Attempting prompt injection, jailbreaking language models, generating malware scripts, phishing lures, deceptive documentation, or fraudulent identity credentials is cause for immediate law enforcement escalation.
Selling, renting, leasing, or operating multi-tenant proxies/services built upon NeonCV accounts or endpoints without an explicit enterprise contract is forbidden.
4. Account Termination & Enforcement
NeonCV retains sole discretion to determine violations of this Fair Use Policy. Accounts identified as engaging in abusive behavior will be suspended immediately without refund or prior notice.
