Billing & Subscription FAQ

How do I manage my subscription?

Click your avatar → Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can update payment methods, view invoices, switch plans, or cancel.

How do I update my payment method?

In the Stripe portal (avatar → Billing), click Update payment method.

Where can I see my invoices?

In the Stripe portal under Billing history or Invoices.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe sends a notification email. Access to paid features may be restricted. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to restore access.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

From the Stripe portal (avatar → Billing → Cancel). No questions asked. Paid features continue until the period ends. Your account reverts to Free.

Do you offer refunds?

Contact hello@neoncv.ai with your invoice details for refund requests. Partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
