NeonCV has four plans: Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra. Each plan has numeric quotas and boolean feature flags.

Boolean Features (gated)
- View Analytics: Free = off, Plus/Pro/Ultra = on (requires active subscription)
- TrackerChat (AI coach): Free = off, Plus/Pro/Ultra = on (requires active subscription)
Behaviour on Quota Exhaustion
- Numeric quotas show a usage meter.
- When exhausted, the action is blocked with an upgrade prompt.
- Boolean gated features are hidden or show an upgrade CTA.
