Tracker

The tracker records job applications with status, company, role, notes, and linked CV.

Adding an Application

1. Open the Tracker from the sidebar.
2. Click Add Application.
3. Enter company, job title, and optionally link a CV/job profile.
4. Set the initial status.
5. Save.

Statuses

Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Accepted, Ghosted, Withdrawn.

Features

• Search and filter by keyword.
• Filter by status.
• Date-range filter.
• Click a card to view/edit details, add notes, upload a PDF (e.g. job description), and use TrackerChat (see below).
• Applications are grouped by date.

TrackerChat (Job Assistant)

On the detail view of a single application, you can open an AI chat to discuss interview prep, analyze your fit, or mock-interview. This feature is enabled for all users by default.

Analytics

The Analytics page (accessible from the tracker via the chart icon) shows:

• Calendar heatmap of applications over time.
• Application statistics (total by status).
• Activity feed of recent changes.

The view_analytics feature is available to all users.

Coming Soon

• Archive completed applications – Declutter your tracker.
• Export tracker data – For further analysis (CSV).
