Subscription Management & FAQ

Understand NeonCV subscription options and billing

NeonCV has three plans: Free, Pro, and Ultra. For a detailed breakdown of quotas, limits, and plan comparison, please see the Pricing and Plan Comparison page.

Upgrading

  1. Go to the Pricing page.
  2. Click Subscribe on your chosen plan.
  3. Complete payment through Stripe.

Managing Your Subscription

Click your avatar → Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:

  • Update payment method.
  • View invoices.
  • Switch plans.
  • Cancel.

How do I update my payment method?

In the Stripe portal (avatar → Billing), click Update payment method.

Where can I see my invoices?

In the Stripe portal under Billing history or Invoices.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe sends a notification email. Access to paid features may be restricted. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to restore access.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

From the Stripe portal (avatar → Billing → Cancel). No questions asked. Paid features continue until the end of the billing period. Your account then reverts to Free. All data is retained.

Do you offer refunds?

Contact hello@neoncv.ai with your invoice details for refund requests. Partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
